Nothing like a refreshing limoncello spritz slushy on a hot summer day! They’re extremely easy to make and perfect to enjoy by the pool or to serve at your next summer get together.
Ingredients
This recipe yields 2 drinks
- 3/4 cup of Fabrizia limoncello- Check out their website here!
- 3/4 cup of Prosecco
- A splash of sparkling water
- 1 cup of ice
- Mint leaf for garnish
- Lemon slice for garnish
Instructions
- Use a blender to mix ice, limoncello, and sparkling water. Use the pulse or crush feature and only leave it on for 3-5 seconds, until the ice is crushed.
- Pour in Prosecco in the limoncello mix.
- Pour your slushy in your cup and add a slice of lemon and mint leaf to garnish.
